      Pros

      I've been at Pearson for over 8 years, great culture, awesome work and life balance. Great place to learn, company will pay for your education, great bonuses and RRSP matching contributions.

      Cons

      Its a great company but after a while there is limited space for growth, this is place where people tend to stay for a long time and positions don't open up that quickly.
