Pros

Extremely flexible work/life balance. Can work from home anytime we need to.

Cons

In the Boston office, very flat management structure. No clear leaders. Off-shoring strategy seriously impedes any velocity to getting things done.

Pros

Integrating new tech stacks, code reviews, overall a good structure. Really good work-life balance. Pay starts off competitive. Good insurance

Cons

Sometimes there can be too many cooks in the kitchen, and maintaining the legacy code can be a hassle. Promotions can be slow-moving, pay stops being competitive after working here awhile. Bonuses are low.
