Pros

Benifits, people centered culture. I loved the PTO and management that was more focused on helping you perform, then on making performance contort to metrics.

Cons

Inability of management to see projects through... When they get scared of costs the ship it off shore where lowest bidders finish killing it.

Pros

Large company, very diverse culture. Not much more good thing I can say about it.

Cons

Zero transparency between management and employees. New CEO is basically removing position through attrition. Long hours with little benefit. Bonus does not reflect how hard you work. Yearly performance review is a joke, basically company moto is, an average rating is a great rating. Perfect reason to give you less than 1% raise. Yea, after 3 years of working here, I basically lost about 10% of my salary through inflection.
