Pros

- Flexible working hours. - Staff are all respectful and decent. - Best medical insurance compared to any other company I worked with. - Salary is above the average of Egypt's companies. - Work-life balance. - Space to try new things and learn. - Stability, if you like a place to work with for many year it would be perfect.

Cons

- You stay at the same position for very long time, there's no space and very little to no opportunity to get prompted to higher position. - There's no actual performance review, or at least when conducted no body care. - You work on 1-2 projects for very long time. - No clear career progression, hence you get only your annual raise and you can't for example jump to more senior or leading role.
