Pros

Scoring is now remote so you score from home. You get to meet other people in your field. The companies reimburse for time spent doing required trainings.

Cons

The switch to more automated systems has caused some confusing emails but things always get cleared up.

Pros

- Friendly, dedicated, hardworking employees - Benefits are still good, although the company has been steadily cutting back for several years. - Generally good work-life balance and flexible wfh policy

Cons

- Constant layoffs and reorganization. - Compensation is well-below market rate and annual increases are anemic at best. - Steady reductions in staffing means all employees are overworked and stressed. - Employee recognition is nonexistent. There's no longer any acknowledgement for years of service, beyond what individual managers might provide.
