Pros

Remote work Good PTO Some managers are flexible with hours

Cons

Pearson is undergoing a major shift to become “one Pearson” and remove all of the smaller brands. As a result, they have implemented several new policies that make it extremely difficult to do your job. Additionally, they have been laying off with little to no notice. This place used to be great and the poached Accenture employees have killed it.

Accenture Takeover

Pros

I cant think of any.

Cons

After Omar took over, he brought in several former Accenture colleagues, and the culture shifted dramatically. The company began operating more like a consulting firm — heavy on ideas and frameworks, light on execution. Many of the people who were actually capable of delivering were let go, which had a noticeable impact on results.
