Pros

This publishing house offers great benefits, and it has a big share in the K-12 market in the biggest states.

Cons

It's very bureaucratic, thus, too hard to navigate and get things done. It's too political, and as a result, it's a lot about personality rather than performance.

Pros

Prior to the continuous layoffs, it was an outstanding place to work. I hope it eventually returns to that atmosphere.

Cons

With the current layoffs, the morale is extremely low and the employees are overworked.
