Pros

Challenging work, Enjoyed working as a team, Nice co-workers, most of the management were professional

Cons

Doing mind stretching performance for 10+ hours a day starting at 3am can make people start to act like zombies.

Pros

Proven product, continued growth through the recession. Decent technology investment, emphasis on absorbing new practices (agile, lean) even if it means change, and movement towards new technologies. Technology closer to the business domain than most organizations. Less chaotic than companies of similar and larger size.

Cons

Not always as strategic, tends towards opportunistic approach to business and tech development. Structure creates entanglements of large groups needing to be involved on decisions but improvements underway.

Pros

Decent hours, decent pay, fairly nice environment, open door policy of management, good bonuses, not a very wasteful company, relaxed atmosphere

Cons

little room for input from lower level employees. Little feedback from upper management. Not in an amazing location. Not particularly exciting work.
