Pros

Well-funded, good salaries and benefits, prosperous company, high-quality office furniture.

Cons

Intensely political, with lots of hostile undercurrents and passive-aggressiveness. Revolving door in some departments, with regular departures of talented people who didn't play the game properly. If you're not skilled at corporate politics, think twice about taking a job here,, or you'll likely be ground up and spit out before you know what hit you.
