Pros

People really care and are trying to do what's right. People really want to do great things and educate others.

Cons

Toxic work environment owing to destabilized, inconsistent, and contrary edicts from Pearson Upper Management. Absolute lack of focus or precision in rolling out new policies and/or procedures. Internal/external politics across the various business units, regions, and the various publishing houses now working under the Pearson banner, have lead to stagnation.

Pros

Great Benifits and really want to work with employees. Attempt to provide the best for the employee.

Cons

Currently some reconstruction going on. This has created some confusion. A lot of outdated processes, and lack of communication in certain areas. Closed off feeling from department to department.
