Pros

Pearson Education used to be a fantastic workplace. The culture and drive, the communication and dedication to mission were extraordinary.

Cons

Recent Senior Management changes have created a culture of fear and anxiety. This fear inhibits creativity, inhibits accountability, inhibits collaboration, and it was getting progressively worse when I resigned in June, 2013.
