Pros

Employees have an opportunity to help develop and produce innovative digital course content for Grades K-12 while working with exceptionally talented teachers, developers, programmers, artists, editors, and audio/video teams.

Cons

Unfortunately, productivity is hampered by periodic company reorganizations (and layoffs) and by a lack of solid leadership from upper-level management.

Pros

Decent benefits. Good people. Mostly.

Cons

Becoming more focussed on profit and less on actually putting out a good product. Despite what their marketing department will tell you.

Pros

Excellent benefits with many remote workers, providing some flexibility, if your manager approves it. Great central location in Boston that's easy to commute to. Great IT department.

Cons

Completely unstable, as there seems to be a constant reorganization happening with many layoffs. You know it's bad when executive management is leaving after many years in the company to work for competitors. Morale is steadily declining.
