Pros

Colleagues and most product teams are nice to work with.

Cons

Constant reorgs and changes in policy/vision in the past 10 years. Obviously setting up for a big shake up summer of 2026. Managers forced to micromanage and track silly metrics leaving no time to actually help employees win market share.
