Pros

Comparable salaries with other publishers for set roles. Excellent benefits. Fair promotion of work/life balance (outside of busy seasons). Casual work environment.

Cons

Little advancement for non-sales oriented roles. Middle-to-upper management shows poor leadership/caring. Work/life balance during busy seasons. Convoluted hiring process (it shouldn't take 3 to 6 months a person when there's a team need). Paperwork-heavy performance review process. Poor training implementation.
