Pros

Pretty lax on vacation Great products, especially compared to competition If you seek out good mentors, you can find them Industry leader

Cons

Too big...decisions take a very long time Slow to move from analog to digital, although trying No office "perks" Low Pay, or perhaps pay division (my direct reports made pennies and I felt horrible about it) I was promoted relatively fast, but many in my division went 3-4 years with no promotion

Pros

Great colleagues (honestly!), great new polished office building. 200MYR for dental or optical insurance claim per year, 1 month bonus fixed every year + global bonus (based on global profits) + KPI bonus.

Cons

No HR hired for months, too emotional managers, ineffective language and editorial training Frequently changing and confusing workflow. Never put the burden and blame to the editors. My team were heavily burdened with lots of titles, and editors keep quitting, without quick replacement. Too many ad hoc decision
