Pros

Some of the best and talented bunch of people I've worked with. Nice work-from-home and leave policies. Never have had to work overtime or off-hours.

Cons

Attrition is very high; doesn't do good for morale when co-workers resign every other week. Constantly changing mid and upper management is terrible. They seem to have have a bundle of different excuses why they can't hold on to employees, when everyone is screaming that it's just two: low + stagnant pay and lack of stability.
