Pros

My manager was fantastic from a personal and a management perspective.

Cons

The pay was very low. We often learned about record profits in annual company meetings, but never saw more than a 2% cost of living raise.

Pros

Great teammates made the job tolerable…otherwise I wouldn’t have stayed.

Cons

So many things. Lackluster pay. Lots of work. Micromanagement. It’s a sinking ship for sure.
