Great company to learn with smart people.

Pros

They hire smart people. Things are going fast, it's a 800 people-company but keep having the velocity of a small start-up, that's great. CEO have a strategic vision and is really involved in making papernest a success.

Cons

The company could improve on the "human" part. It's a company focused on results, which is great, but doesn't focus enough on having people "happy" to work there. I think that they are making some efforts to improve it but there's still a margin.
