      - Caring, attentive, ambitious and smart colleagues - very good selection -Excellent learning curve and a lot of attention is dedicated to knowledge and personal growth - Real values (vs. the usual corporate bullshit) that are very well embodied by the CEO with true leadership - A good product that responds to real pain points - A product evolution with frequent new features - Convinced customers who also invest in the evolution of the product
