      A lot of challenges in a good work atmosphere

      Pros

      Great opportunities given to employees, with the possibility to evolve both vertically and horizontally. Interesting subjects to deal with, and you improve a lot in your work. You can get reponsibilities quickly if you deliver and if you want to grow. You get to work with people who work well in a young environment.

      Cons

      No seminar for middle management. Afterworks occasionally. Company policy regarding remote work. Sometimes the workload can be important and you need to be organized.

      Papernest is an ambitious tech company with a very good team spirit and good relationship with Managers The goals of the company is clearly to keep their employees as long as possible (which is not the case of the majority of IT companies)

      Cons

      There are a lot of different applications, perimeters and scopes so it could be harsh at the beginning to understand everything
