Pros
There's a very relaxed corporate environment, a small office, and people have a lot of autonomy. Around 10:30 in the morning the company gathers in the kitchen to have breakfast together. The bosses are also very flexible with time and family business. They understand the importance of a work/life balance.
Cons
The office is located upstairs above the screen-printing factory where they make their t-shirts so it can be fairly hot. Also management is slow to give assignments, spent a lot of time finding things to do while waiting for tasks to complete. Most of these problems are cultural differences which take time to adjust to.
