      Pros

      A great product which is easy to use and set up. A company who is continuously forward thinking regarding it's offerings. Great people who care and a feeling of community and support. Resources and ability to grow and progress your career. If you are hard working and committed you receive support from the wider teams and management. Unlimited PTO and a really great office with a good mix of work an fun.

      Cons

      The catering does not help the waist line ;)

      The experience of working at OwnBackup has provided me with the opportunity to grow both professionally and personally over the course of my employment. It follows processes which are tailored to each position, emphasizes positive feedback, and rewards employees for their dedication to their careers. It is also a company that aims to maintain ethical values by ensuring the sustainability and satisfaction of its employees as well as the integrity of the company. The company is dynamic and fast-paced, and as a result, motivates its employees through the use of training programs, off-site, leadership development programs, and workplace experiences. It provides a friendly working environment that satisfies the needs of employees and consumers alike.

      Cons

      We do not have 24 flavors of ice cream in the office :-) - Israelis will understand the joke.

      Pros

      There's no doubt that OwnBackup has a decent product set although there's been a lot of confusion about overall direction recently. Job perks are great - unlimited PTO and catered lunches encourage you to go the office but take time out when you need to, which most people do responsibly. Hard work and success are recognised.

      Cons

      The mass redundancies at the end of last year have made people fearful that more is to come. Several employees have left recently and many are demoralised by what is seen as misguided leadership, particularly in the EMEA region.

      We offer our employees perks that make managing their work-life balance easier. We provide free shuttles to and from NYC, free lunch and coffee at the office, a fitness center, dry cleaning services, and on-site salon services like massages, manicures, pedicures, blowouts, and haircuts. Our employees enjoy happy hours, sit/stand desks, and even meetings in our outdoor conference room. They also enjoy unlimited PTO, summer hours, professional development opportunities, and internal career mobility. Like many in the Tech Industry last year, we had to make hard decisions to ensure our continued success in changing external circumstances. We have a positive outlook moving forward and are positioned for continued growth and success.
