People. Most of the people I work with are very well-trained engineers and they care about the product and what customers do with it. Challenging environment.

Cons

Very hard to get promoted. Duality of evaluation criteria. Middle management doesn't listen to what dev engineers have to say. Salary bands are not balanced across countries for the same career level. Workers from other Countries get 3x more than others.
