      Some nice colleagues, particularly here in Lisbon

      Cons

      - constant strategy change - feels like they still don’t know who they are as a company - getting rid of good people - new CEO hiring a lot from Salesforce where he was at before - likely to not be able to compete very soon with the AI/low-code competitors due to price

      Pros

      Great product with tremendous potential. New leadership and changing product strategy means there's a lot of change. But it's helping remove some of the complacency that had crept in.

      Cons

      In the past, product feedback loop was poor. That's improved but still some work needs some work. Also still a lot of unknowns with leadership changes.
