Pros

Smart and interested people who work hard. Unfortunately, they are leaving the company.

Cons

This place used to be thriving, packed with intelligent and skilled individuals. However, now it's become an enormous corporation with an excessive number of employees who pretend to be busy, but aren't actually making any meaningful contributions. The hardworking ones are completely drained and exhausted, and they feel like they aren't being treated fairly compared to their counterparts on the other side of the Atlantic.

Pros

The opportunity of working for a company on a mission to help companies create powerful apps and portals.

Cons

The culture of what was once vibrant and exciting high growth startup has now eroded into dysfunctional leadership, infighting and finger-pointing, and a basic lack of the ability to execute at many levels of the company. Employee churn is very high and low eNPS scores indicate significant unhappiness of staff internally. Yet no senior leaders are held accountable for their poor leadership and execution. Very noticeable lack of diversity and perspectives in senior roles. During the hiring process, HR touted about someday going IPO (to make equity an attractive part of the comp plan), but that’s very hard to see given their current trajectory.

Pros

A good place to exist

Cons

Total dysfunction at the executive level leaving zero opportunity for anyone with experience. Revolving door of highly skilled and experienced executives that know there is no future. Inept leaders and promotions from within a small closed inexperienced group that are told what to do.
