      Pros

      Good overall environment and compensation above average. Employees are incentivated to think on their own, question decisions and participate. Good growth opportunities.

      Cons

      Imature midle management, not enough focus (and sometimes resistance) to scalability

      Pros

      OutSystems has a great culture of challenging the status quo, asking why and excel on all we do. Employees have solid technical skills and share a teamwork mindset, that translates into a top notch, beautiful crafted product and solutions, that really make us proud to deliver.

      Cons

      Hard to find cons, but I would point out some growing pains - when moving at a fast pace it's not always easy to have things properly tied up.

      Felt like being in a matrix movie

      Pros

      The product has lots of potential and in general the tasks are challenging and interesting. Good benefits.

      Cons

      The culture is misleading, they don't want to know what you think, the truth is that they just want to keep the wheel moving with "happy happy" rodents. Some msanagers are clueless with no EQ and drive people away. Very competitive.
