Pros
They paid high. But this was only because they didn't know what they were doing.
Cons
This is a horrible company. The culture was bad. The CTO needs to be fired. He is sexist and has bad morales. I genuinely hope he lands flat on his face. Someone very high up recently shared that the CTO's response to attrition / hiring rates was "if we can't afford them, we will just fire them." I am serious when I say, DO NOT WORK FOR THIS COMPANY.
