      - nice people - 50-50 on management, some are really invested in their teams - great exposure to different technologies on the market - good number of experts on the different techonolgies

      Cons

      - lack of accountability on senior management - lack of clear direction on senior management, approaches/company direction changes as often as the wind - salary package is below the market
