THE BIGGEST PROBLEM IS THAT THERE IS NO 360-REVIEW. Meaning - only Managers will review employees. The employees have no say about their manager. This practice is there throughout Orange, across all countries. So, only those employees flourish who say Yes to everything that their Manager desires. The Compensation and Benefits are good, but again they are available only for those employees who suck up to their bosses. Since there is no formal platform on which one can voice opinion about work ethics in their teams, there is not much room for the HR to improve the situation.
