      -Giant integrated telecom/IT operator with the best product portfolio -Best in customer satisafction globaly -Outstanding Multicultural expierence

      Cons

      -NO Career path with poor HR skills on company domain/career path. -Poor local management model (VPs relying on local managmnet without a thorough eye on what's going on) - Discrimination in benefits allocation among company sites according to country prxomity to business (onshore versus offshore countries)

      - huge company = everything is going very slowly - not very dynamic on the web / mobile - HR are here to handle the number of employees only
