Pros

Acceptable payment for a first job, lots of learning opportunities, great people. Not so bad to have Orange Romania on your CV, it can open some doors.

Cons

Once you get some experience, the payment will no longer look that good. The management is good for some departments, but very bad for others.

Pros

Good if you believe repetitive work will help you in long run.

Cons

Company came in 2006.They are in restructuring phase, downsizing head counts, cost cutting focused wherever they can.Politics soar everywhere. Employee are either made to leave or they leave themselves because of their unnecessary policies.Job is insecure. They are least bothered about your career path.In-fact, if you discuss that in person and they will know you are not good for company in long run, you become the target now.

Heterogeneous integration of products Opportunities for employee development Care for employees and benefits

Cons

Although it is meant for innovations, but there is very little r&d is going on. Mostly managers end up in fixing the figures of performance and young developers have little knowledge how their products will eventually be utilised.
