      Working in Orange Business Service is like working in typical MNC enjoying many benefits example cab facility that not many company prefer to provide to Employee

      Cons

      Gradually the employee friendly culture is vanishing.....becoming more like Indian Telco.

      Great place to work, but not with it's downsides

      Pros

      This place has a lot of intelligent people. It is also quite multi-cultural with a lot of nationalities working together. Being part of a global group gives a lot of opportunity to work with colleagues, customers and suppliers across the world.

      Cons

      Telecoms is always changing and is reflected in the continual re-organizations. This is not unlike other telecom/mobile companies I've worked for (e.g. Vodafone) Some senior executives don't have the "full package" and you wonder how they got there.

      Largest worldwide private operator - 5 times winner of the best private operator award Great possibilities of career evolution Good compensations

      Sometimes poor management. Many reorganisations during the last 8 years makes it difficult to work in a frenquently changing work environnement
