      Pros

      Ultra casual work place. Jeans every Friday. Plenty of time off, even as a new employee. Supposed great benefits(Haven't used mine yet to say for sure)

      Cons

      Outdated equipment and supplies. High amounts of favoritism in work loads and promotions. Management and staff are stuck with antiquated ideas of how to run a business in the year 2010. Too many people have had the same role with the same people for over 10 years.

      Large Company - opportunity at various locations, Work Flexibility, Good benefits, Learn new things if you get chance, Traditional work ethics.

      Cons

      No Promotion, No active participation for review based on Customer Satisfaction. Already fixed payout plan - BEST job do not have much value for appreciation.
