      You get a nice salary (compared to the hours worked), lots of holidays, the requested working hours are quite low, good work/life balance

      Cons

      Projects take years, people are stuck in processes, and mainly trying to avoid working. No challenge, nobody will ever be fired or get a big raise on salary. Not result oriented
