Warm people and good processes and tools in place makes the environment and your job easier and comfortable. Everybody there is willing to help and to make you learn a lot. The company has no problem in providing training, conferences and get-to-know global meetings. Everybody is informed periodically about what is going on in the company as a whole, within teams and market. Great salaries and bonuses. People at Orange really cares about you and values your work.
Cons
A lot of work to do and few people to do it. The habit of being a services company incorrectly focused on financial numbers instead of customer satisfaction leads to mistakes and employees frustration, apathy and discomfort.
