      very limited with tools and access, if you technical and wanted to learn then people wont allow you to learn within company

      Pros

      Orange has some great people. Additionally, there are fairly good opportunities for growth if you are on the right teams.

      Cons

      Things do not move quickly. One of the biggest cons of Orange is the ability to react quickly to market demands. Usually, it takes one or two "renegade" people to get things going, and it is an uphill battle. Additionally, the operational support teams make delivery difficult due to the red tape they introduce.
