      The variety of job opportunities, the mix of different people from all over the world you can meet, and competitive salary make this a excellent place to build a career.

      Cons

      In such a large organisation you can become lost unless you are a good networker, and opportunities could pass you by and you fail to develop your business skills. The company is also very process focused which will not appeal to all.

      First of all I appreciate the jobs that I had to learn a great deal and gain experience, but this opportunity is very interesting to me, and fits very well with the direction I want to take my career. In fact I want to develop my professional and technical experience in an advanced environment where i can prove more my technical experience and project management and improve my financial situation. This opportunity is a logical next step for me in my career in an international organization.
