      Big company supported by Financially strong parent. Lots of responsibilty however lacking mandate to achieve tasks

      Freedom and flex to work from home...good salaries..good packages

      Cons

      Upwards management..most of the lower post think inside the box..lack of responsability for most of the employees...waste of time with conference calls....employees are treated as numbers.

      Overall a good company to acquire knowledge.

      Cons

      Its a giant and moves at a very slow pace. Company has not paid Provident fund of ex-global one (India) employees till date Some kind of scam brewing.
