      Pros

      There's quite a bit of job stability. If you're doing a good job, you should expect to at least keep your position and not lose it due to politics.

      Cons

      Terribly slow to react to market and employee requirements, changes, etc. Way too much bureaucracy, which overpowers and eventually kills the drive to innovate.

      2 bonuses/year, holiday days that increase as long as you are employed, medical assurance, nice colleagues,

      Cons

      no possibility to grow and develop. You can find yourself stuck on a job, with a salary that won't grow anymore (mine for about 5 years)
