      Pros

      Working for the public interest - serving the community at large and getting paid for it

      Cons

      Political People who are promoted aren't necessarily the most qualified - mostly followers instead of true leaders Majority of those in leadership positions wouldn't necessarily be qualified in the private sector (ex. Raising to the ranks as a mail room clerk to bring a manager - most managers at Orange County only have a high school diploma)

      Lots of opportunities if you have the luck to have a good manager and HR. Excellent people working there. But too long days expected

      Sometimes, the administration or management make things slow. Too much focused on the past and not on the future and current way of doing things in projects

      the company is stable , even growing in Egypt management is flexible with respect to other companies in egypt

      extremely bad benefits no much care about employee very bad working environment ,, sometimes need to work from home or mall to get some concentration ]
