      A company and an industry in full evolution

      Pros

      A stable company in an industry and on a continent that is going through challenging times -- a so-so economy, a saturated, heavily regulated market, etc.

      Cons

      Considering all of the above, it can be hard to find reasons for optimism. But management has articulated a plan for at least weathering the storm.

      Freedom to collaborate with colleagues and share ideas. Not a demanding 9-5 job but you will work but you will play just as hard.

      Cons

      Not a good training program for new products, processes, or procedures.
