      Pros

      I worked for Alsy. It was a real opportunity for me to work with honest and professional people. Working in a good environment and grow. I left this company to follow my carrier plan, but I really recommend this company if there is a job that fit your carrier expectation.

      Cons

      Change takes time and not enough agile sometimes. And the salary are not in the top of the market, even that it is correct.
