      Pros

      Great benefit package & time off Some peers are extremely knowledgable and competant Great work/life balance

      Cons

      Too many cons to name Management should take listen more to the "peons" and start implementing their recommendations. Management should "beta test" or do a "focus group" prior to implenting major changes that affect the "peons"

      OK, big organisation and many processes

      Pros

      Teams are great, colleagues supportive, flexible working. Training investment and bonus schemes good and annual leave reasonable. When employeed originally usually good within market arena

      Cons

      Very limited payrises, no payrise on promotion. Huge outsource of back office functions so investment is cheaper but team employed are a huge overhead. Too many complex systems and processes due to being French owned and various amalgumations.

      Pros

      Good location, nice office environment. Some very talented and skilled people in London office.

      Cons

      Lots of beurocracy. Little autonomy given, even to some very senior people within the organisation. Need to sell each project in to lots of different stakeholders. Slow time to action most things, meaning delays in projects and frustrations all around.
