Lots of opportunities as thousands of groups can be reached within the company so an individual is likely to find an area of passion.

Cons

Benefits are standards however it takes a few more years than with other companies to get more vacation weeks.

Low expectations. With so many people in the company it's easy to be above average.

Cons

Lots of levels of buracracy. Very few people care beyond their individual responsibility. Don't expect any additions to your team if it loses a member. More with less is the call of the day.
