Pros

Good telecommuting chances. Great database technology.

Cons

No raises in Support. Watch out if you have a lousy boss, and there are quite a few out there. You will be competing with folks who sacrifice their family and life for the company. Some groups give very little training for the technology the employees have to keep up with. Poor Work Life Balance in Support including Cloud Services. Extremely fast paced company.

Cons

- Next week/month/quarter mentality - Few and small pay increases - Small or no bonus, not related to individual performance - Poor people and business management - No career path - Very hard to switch to new position - Would rather lay off than help you into a new position
