No pay increase in years Job is purely defined by metrics Continuous layoffs No advancement Work from home taken away. Support organization now has to be in the office.

Recently company has been pushing towards having all support teams within US , but also cutting costs, Work from home for the most part no longer available. Depending on a product you support you might or might not get 10% differential
