Pros

Large company with great benefits

Cons

They build their own software so supporting that software can be a challenge (their own MDM). They save money on subscription fees but cause more work for support staff as a result. They have there own version of windows that employees get locked out of all the time because they use biometrics and forget their password and they built in password reset tool is broken so a lot of times the laptop has to be reimaged sending out a thumb drive. The layoffs are also frequent. I got a 42% pay raise one year because we were an acquired company and grossly underpaid and the following year payed off on 15 min 1 on 1 with my managers manager because my manager got layed off too. They do not provide time for career advancement on company time. They don't provide options for certifications other than their products but on your personal time.
