      Pros

      We get the best of both worlds working on cool stuff which is defining the infra backbone of other companies in the market. Competitive salary and they take make you feel good about your value to the company.

      Cons

      Less marketing of the brand as compared to the other major companies resulting in general public having less idea. The Marketing team needs to be revamped!

      - Workload is manageable compared to startups - Reasonable work environment - cafeterias, gym, etc - Stable company unlikely to go under - Executive management not the easiest to work with, but generally competent

      Cons

      - Antiquated development tooling - although that's changing in several areas now - Hub and spoke management model - decisions made pretty high up in the chain - Communication with employees on strategy is hit or miss
