      There is no freedom inside the machine. You get orders and you execute them. Structured, hierarchical culture, reminiscent or 3rd Reich.

      1) Flexible work hours; 2) Nice gym and natural environment at HQ; 3) Good medical insurance;

      Cons

      1) Not an environment that makes talents stand out; 2) Low salary (after working for few years), low bonus - basically not employee friendly; 3) Move slowly; 4) Performance is judged by number of bugs fixed not quality of work;

      Pros

      Great work life balance - Work isn't too hectic Work from home - This option makes it very easy for women with families and kids

      Cons

      Manager driven - If your manager does not like you, progress can be very difficult. Missing HR - HR has no role to play whatsoever with your work, employee relations etc. Appraisals - Appraisals are meaningless as they do not decide your promotions hike etc. That is all decided by your manager.
