Hit the glass ceiling at 5 years. Line of Business ran out of work, and finally gave up waiting for HR internal transfer.

Flexible work schedule and my team is great. empowered to do good work. Plenty of demand in Oracle products.

Cons

Because it's a HUGE company, there are a lot of moving parts and a little disorganized at first. It takes some time to get used to all the different business units but after a while it becomes clear.
